How to request a return

When returning a product, you must obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support department. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • You followed Dynamic diet for a minimum of 3 weeks.
  • You must provide us a detailed journal of foods and drinks that were used during the 21 days while on the Dynamic diet.
  • The product is in its original packaging.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Dynamic diet.
